Question: You are the Manager of a BHI Hotels, a large hotel in Melbourne. The Hotel's customers are culturally diverse, with the majority from China, Japan, Indonesia and the United States. As Manager, you have received the following request from one of your customers.

"Dear Manager,

My name is Muhammad Ibrahim, I am staying on behalf of Mi Goreng Noodle Company at BHI Hotels until next Monday 1st November. I was looking for the prayer room within your hotel and could not see directions. Could you help please?

Mr. Muhammad Ibrahim"

There is no prayer room at the Hotel. There is an unused room next to the gym, however, the windows are unfrosted and many of the American guests use the gym to work out and listen to Western pop music. There are several other storage rooms on the same floor. What action will you take in reaction to this issue? Justify your answer with knowledge of Indonesian and American culture.
