Visits will consist of choosing one (1) long-term care program in your community and interviewing key staff to ascertain the program's core operation, administrative, and fiscal components. Upon completing the site visit, please submit a 4 to 6 page report on your experience. For contact purposes, please include the name, address, and phone of the facility and the name and title of the Administrator interviewed.

This is mandatory, and the project will not be accepted for grading without determining legitimacy. Schedule your site visits early. Two weeks is ample time for this assignment, assuming you focus on time management and schedule your appointment as soon as possible. Administrators are busy people, and you want them to give you their full attention. If you currently work/are affiliated with a long-term care program, please visit a program OUTSIDE of your employment setting.
