1. One of the key factors to a successful product launch is reaching multiple age groups. In particular, college students (ages 18-25) and middle school students (ages 11-13). Up next on your research docket, then, is to ascertain which group enjoys using tablet computers more. The company is not quite sure, so they ask you to figure it out for them.
