Identify and review a statutory organization, a government institution, or a small business (staff complement must be greater than 5) in Jamaica and undertake the following:

1. Examine business process management and its benefits to the identified organization. A short description of the company, its products and services, and the industry in which it operates should be included.

2. Evaluate a key/core business process. Pictorially present the as-is state and propose a 'to be' state. Justify your proposed 'to be' state.

5. Examine how the organization can undertake quantitative process analysis technique in a BPM project. Discuss the benefits of undertaking quantitative process analysis.
