In the Identified Gaps-Obstacles FOCUS AREAS: section, describe obstacles that might prevent the focus areas you previously identified moving from current state to future state.

1. Recognition and praise regarding employee's work ethics have been at a steady level for the past few years. Employees are showing they are not fully happy with the way the organization is showing a lack of recognition for their productivity. If employees felt their hard work ethic was appreciated by the organization, then it will make employees feel more sufficient in their work. Employees will want to work hard enough because of the praise and recognition they will receive for their great contribution to the success of the organization.

2. Based on the data provided working conditions need to be improved to improve employee satisfaction to help achieve success. Having employees have a lack of trust or guidance from supervision can lead to an unhealthy environment of engagement and productivity. Employees who don't trust their leaders will work only the bare minimum and not to their full extent because they don't believe in management leading to not believing in the company. If an employee feels there is trust, feels they are being heard, and has a mentor to look up to it will help motivate them to continue to increase their job performance helping the company succeed.
