Case Study: AQUARIUS ADVERTISING AGENCY

Required:

a) To investigate the issues in the case study and apply key concepts and theories to recommend solutions

b) Write a Report on the case analysis of the given organization and use the questions given below to do your analysis.

1. Analyze Aquarius with respect to the five contextual variables. Are there any issues of concern related to the environment, goals, culture, size, and technology for Aquarius?

2. Identify the characteristics of Aquarius's Organizational structure. Assess organisational effectiveness, use "open system" design elements to design greater connections and effectiveness for the organisation.

3. Analyse and discuss contingencies which influence the structure of Aquarius.

4. Analyse organisational characteristics such as culture, change and life cycle issues at Aquarius.

5. Evaluate the influences of dynamic organizational processes and critically discuss the applicability of organizational structure to function.

6. Align organisation design and organisational strategyto structure design and job content of Aquarius.

Prepare a Report on your analysis of the given case study in approximately 1000 words based on the casestudy questions.

Your analysis will need to include the concepts outlined in the questions above.
