Is there any inappropriate dress for the workplace? Do any of you currently hold a position or have held a position in the past where there was a specific dress code? If yes, what was the dress code? In amazon as a driver, I had a dress code. As you are aware, all DAs employed by branded DSPs are required to be in full Amazon-branded uniform when performing services. Wearing a uniform makes DAs more clearly visible and easily identifiable when delivering packages, which improves safety and the overall delivery experience for both customers and DAs. Safety is always our top priority, _making it paramount for DAs to adhere to uniform requirements. Currently, DAs not meeting our uniform requirements as outlined by our Program Policies and Uniform Guide are subject to grounding; however, grounding has not been enforced by all stations. As a reminder, approved uniform pieces consist of an Amazon-branded polo shirt shorty or long sleeve and Amazon-branded bottoms (shorts or pants). The outermost layer of clothing must also be branded.
