Despite the ban, Cartwrite returned to the Gold Dust 2 months later, walked past the security guard and started gambling at a slot machine. He won $4,532.

When he went to the cage to collect the winnings, the caisno refused to pay. He filed suit for breach of contract, arguing that he and the casino had a contract because he had accepted its offer to gamble. Is there a contract between the casino and Cartwrite?
