Bob is a driver for Fed Ex. He loves his route and he loves his customers. He sees most of them on a weekly basis and has gotten to know them well. One day as Bob is backing out of the driveway of a customer’s home, he runs over a child’s bicycle that was left behind his van. The bike is completely destroyed. In this case, who is liable?
