Baystate Tool, a Boston, MA manufacturing corporation, hired Stevie Screwdriver as a salesman and required him to sign a contract stating that if he left Baystate, he would not work for a competing corporation anywhere within 200 miles of Massachusetts, for a two-year period. Later, Screwdriver left Baystate and began working at Granite State, another MA manufacturer. The only product Granite State made was acrylic window frames, which comprised half of 1% of Baystate's business. Is Baystate entitled to enforce its noncompete clause? Explain.
