Scenario:

You work for Bounce fitness as a HR manager. Your task is to review performance of a Centre Manager. It was reported to you that the Centre Manager is not meeting their key performance indicators and you are required to discuss this with them and propose personal and professional development plan opportunities.

Set up a virtual meeting with the Centre Manager. However due to the COVID restrictions, you are required to use virtual online technologies.

Your task is to submit evidence of:

  1. Inviting the Centre Manager to a meeting date and time by using a shared calendar - create a virtual link and insert it into the communication form from task 1 above
  2. Setting up an virtual meeting through one of the following:
    • Cloud - based applications - eg. Zoom link.
    • Virtual meeting technology - eg Google meet.
