Assume you are the high-profile Owner of a professional basketball team, who on the side, has invested in the development of a luxury resort. You believed construction was progressing smoothly under the oversight of your Manager, but when the grand opening of the resort is just a few months away, the Manager discovers that the resort was negligently constructed resulting in pervasive water infiltration issues with dangerous black mold conditions.
