At this time working at (xxxplace)  I did budget requisition for equipment needed for radio installation.

I request two 20 feet containerizedstudios, 1 On AIR and two productions Studio, also we request 10 Transmitters planning to cover 10 sites with radio program prepared by our radio staff.

Installation of Radio should be done in two phases; first phase will start when we receive equipment's we are expecting to receive them on June 2014 and we will proceed to install studios in (xxx city) and 5KW transmitter during the Jun-July.

During August up to October we plan to install 3 TVRO transmitters in (regions xxx)

For these three regions we plan to use 2KW EdysstoneFMTransmitters ,for other regions which are going to be installed in second phase we plan to use 1 KW transmitters .

To broadcast in regions we use Satellite to uplink our signal in C band with Dac 7000 audio encoder  and we receive with 2.4 m dish antenna using digital satellite receiver ABR 202A.(to be attached diagram for uplink and down link).

We need to employ 6 studio technicians, to give them training on how to use studios this technicians need to be ready to work on Jun 2014.

For the sites we use 10 ft. Shelter to install our transmitters also we need to request installation of 100 m tall tower where antenna system need to be installed.

For rapid deployment we use pumping mast 13m tall to install one beam antenna until 100m tower is ready.
