You are the HR leader of a multinational organization, and your CEO has asked you to develop a 10 to 12-slide presentation to share with the C-suite that includes the following information:

Identify and describe the three most important factors that have influenced human resources in the past 10 years (e.g., COVID, outsourcing, globalization, etc.) and explain their HR-specific influence.

Based on a review of the past, and expectations of the future, do the following:

Provide two specific/detailed strategies that a human resources department should pursue to ensure that human resources remain at the forefront of the organization; one that is seen as a strategic partner and player among senior management and employees alike. Give an example for each specific strategy.

Provide 2 specific/detailed competencies that a human resource professional should pursue to ensure they obtain/retain the most critical skills and knowledge needed to offer strong professional expertise and influence. Note: It is important that HR professionals are viewed as competent, employee-focused leaders. Think about what HR professionals can do to improve their credibility among employees, leaders, and society as a whole. Do not merely focus on improving one's educational level, but instead focus on competencies that need development.
