The following questions are based on the Movie "Snowden". Please answer the questions from the movie.

1) Explain the free speech rights of employees like Edward Snowden. Are there any limitations on these    rights for individuals employed by intelligence agencies?

2) Mentors can play a very important role in a person’s career. Nicholas Cage, appeared in the movie as Hank Forrester, a disillusioned NSA employee who acts as a mentor to Snowden, ultimately praising his haul of top secret documents by the end of the film. 3) Under Title 5 of the United States (U.S.) Code 2301, employees should be protected against reprisal for the lawful disclosure of information. Why wasn’t Snowden protected?

4) It would appear that Snowden’s whistleblowing has been co-opted by private corporate interests. Are those involved with privatization of the stolen documents also colluding with government agencies to frame and direct national discussions on domestic spying and other serious matters?

5) Managers are required to demonstrate ethical judgment when facing complex issues with competing values. How did Snowden exercise discretion in addressing specific ethical issues?
