We ran a randomization test on the schistosomiasis data, and to calculate the p-value, we counted the number of randomizations that resulted in an outcome that was equal to, and at least as large as our observed difference between treatments. Given what you know about this method, do you expect the number of randomizations resulting in a difference greater than or equal to our observed value to be identical to the number of randomizations resulting in a difference less than or equal to our observed value? Explain your answer in a few sentences. If you decide that they would not be identical, make sure you state whether you expect them to be close or whether there could be a huge difference between them.

Explain how the independence assumption of a two-sample t-test is violated in a randomization model, such as the one we used for the schistosomiasis data.
