You are setting up a new full-service FBO.

The business, which is organized as a corporation, will provide aircraft sales and servicing (including fuel, lubricants, parts, inspection and maintenance), pilot supplies, flight training, aircraft rental, and air charter services.

The company has leased a large hangar from the airport authority with areas for office space, parts and tool storage, aircraft storage and maintenance, and a customer lounge.

The business will have an initial staff of 15 employees in addition to yourself: a bookkeeper, a secretary/receptionist/scheduler, 4 charter pilots, 4 flight instructors, 3 A&P mechanics, and 2 janitors.

The company will begin with a fleet of 6 owned or leased aircraft for use as trainers and for rental to certified pilots. The owned aircraft will be purchased with a secured loan from Local National Bank.

One of the mechanics, who also holds inspection authorization and is a pilot, will perform maintenance flight checks on customers' aircraft following maintenance and prior to approving the aircraft for return to service.

Describe in detail all insurance you will purchase for each aspect of this business.
