You must then discuss the various business functions of the organization and the role they all play in creating value for the organization in achieving its business objectives. Particular emphasis on the role of the quality and supply chain department in creating value, must be underlined. Evaluate how managers at the organization can improve efficiency of operations to successfully meet business objectives. Students must bring out the necessary leadership and management theories here to help the manager achieve this.

Several important business functions should be discussed. For example, finance, HR and so on. Whichever you feel is of the most importance to highlight.

You should though, highlight the importance of the quality and the supply chain department in helping the firm create value. Creating value is basically something that you do which could add worth to the company.
