Good managers regardless of the organization are increasingly aware of the importance of cross-collaboration. Many organizations remain too siloed (marketing team on one floor, the research team on another and customer service in another building). How can you have a successful product development team without input from other critical teams across the organization? You can't. In your opinion what can businesses do to encourage or facilitate more input from the different critical departments/teams?
