An FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) company by the name "Afghan product" is operating in Afghanistan with multiple SBUs and product lines. The company is operating in a stable external environment with less competition but still facing low returns. The CEO of Prodigy decided to bring a 'radical change' in organizational structure and IT. After implementing the change, the company started generating higher profits. Another FMCG company 'Horizon' is operating in Canada with multiple SBUs and product lines. Horizon is operating in an unstable external environment with high competition but facing low returns. Since, both are FMCG companies, therefore the CEO of Horizon decided to make the company profitable by benchmarking the example of Prodigy, thus implementing 'radical change' in organizational structure and IT.
