Tyler thought of a loyalty program that would integrate the various dining option and takeout business. And he knows that there is a tight balance between offering promotion and benefits with a loyalty program, but it cannot erode profits without gaining sustainable business. The POS system stores a great deal of data from the daily activities of the business. Tyler is aware that the system can process takeout orders as well as advance food orders. He needs to understand the data stored by the system. From this research, the system maintain data on each table with the number of dinner, the day and time of their seating, how long they were seated, the total check and the individual items ordered; all the normal data points associated with dinning.
