The budget committee for planning UPC's expansion project has been deliberating on the viability of the project for months. You have observed that some managers are not in favor of setting up retail stores. The managers fear that UPC is known to companies but not individual consumers. Therefore, the expansion might fail. Further, the corporate sales manager is not amused that sales to companies may be diverted to retail stores and result in the closure of his department.
