Create an organizational chart (use Word or another software program to create the chart) that accurately illustrates the lines of authority depicted in the case scenario below.

Case Scenario

The health information manager is head of the department. An assistant manager reports directly to the health information manager. A coding supervisor and a file area supervisor report to the assistant manager. The department secretary reports directly to the health information manager. The following employees report to the coding supervisor: the inpatient coder, the outpatient coder, the ED coder, and the abstractor. Two file clerks, an assembly clerk, and an analysis clerk all report to the file area supervisor.
