Basically all you have to do is start by selecting a Business. (use the example provided or come out with one of your own: ex Airline ticket purchase, shopping site online, online banking, etc...) You can search the internet for any B-C ecommerce systems you like to use.

Once you select your business, apply 2-6 by identifying what functions the business perform, document each functions done by the business, identify any problems or limitation and explain how they can improved, and finally analyze the module and propose any new system changes.
