Identifying training needs

You are required to put together a brief plan for an induction - training plan for any new staff that commence their employment at your workplace as office administrative assistants. Be sure to include ANY relevant training that they must undertake. To complete this task you will need to have read the learning materials in Session 5 as well as the learning content contained in the toolbox (this provides some specific examples of training that should take place.)

In addition you may want to carry out some research on the internet to see what kind of hazards exist in an office environment and what types of training might be useful to avoid these hazards.
