Scenario:

One of the Inspector's in your team has requested assistance with a current investigation they have been allocated. The Inspector is appointed under the Game and Feral Animal Control Act 2002 and is an Authorised Officer under the Forestry Act 2012.

The case allocated (C00002345) has two Events linked to it in the DPIRD Hunting Intel database.

Event 1 (E00001234) - An image taken at 2:03am on the 13th July 2025 of a white dual cab Toyota Hilux bearing NSW registration 'ABC 123', which was captured on a surveillance camera deployed as part of Operation Alpha in Pennsylvania State Forest. In the image, two dogs can be seen on the rear tray of the vehicle. Both dogs appear to be wearing tracking collars and breast plates.

Event 2 (E00012345) - A web report was received by DPIRD Hunting on Monday 14th July 2025. An R-licensed hunter, John SMITH, who had a Written Permission to hunt in Pennsylvania State Forest on the 12th & 13th of July 2025 has submitted a Web Report after a vehicle with two dogs entered his campsite and he witnessed the two dogs jump off the moving vehicle and chase a Feral Pig. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Sunday 13th July 2025. Mr. SMITH provided his contact information.
