In this assignment, you will develop a persuasive slide presentation to educate fellow managers on the need for cultural competency in an organization. Show why your organization could be culpable of legal violations with regard to discrimination. 3. Analyze a competitor to your organization with regard to its success in managing and promoting a diverse workforce according to Title VII. Compare and contrast the two organizations on policies that (a) ignore or mishandle discrimination, and (b) prevent and remedy discrimination. 4. Make suggestions for how your organization should move forward in educating employees about diversity and inclusion and for implementing new policies.
