Question: My ideal job would be to become a Director of Operations or sales. It interest me because I have been in sales for over 20 years and I enjoy working closely with people and helping people grow in their careers. As a Director I would be able to coach and develop staff at a higher level and continue to pay forward helping people progress in their careers. Some of the skills that are required is being able to analyse data, costs, operations and being able to forecast future revenues. In addition, having great communication and presentation skills and being able to manage people in all aspects of the organization. Experiences or keywords that I would add would be organized, detail orientated, data driven decision making.
