Purpose
For this task, students must identify training needs and develop training program.
Role and participants
Operations Manager
Assume that you are the Operation Manager. You are responsible for making strategic decisions on establishing and monitoring risk control systems for food related hazards and as Feast of Flavours is a small restaurant you are also the food safety supervisor having completed the required training. Tasks to be performed
Develop a PowerPoint (or another presentation software) presentation that will be presented to all staff members in the next activity. The presentation should be clear and easy to understand.
Presentation topics must include:
The purpose of the FSP
The identified training needs from the stakeholder meeting such as how to complete the support records or support programs.
Tip: Before the presentation, ensure that you practice the presentation so the delivery will run smoothly. It should not take longer than 15 minutes.
Your Trainer will provide you with a date and time that you need to perform this presentation to the staff of Feast of Flavours.
