In your continuing work with Tasty Farms, you have been asked to propose a set of organizational interventions to address the issues that have been identified in the Packing and Shipping department. Based on the hypothetical interviews and group and individual job diagnoses, assume that you have determined that Packing and Shipping department employees are poorly prepared to deal with the new information management system that has been introduced to manage client orders and facilitate accurate, on-time delivery of products. You have also found that employees lack basic teamwork skills and that the department suffers from poor communication between supervisors and employees and among employees. Furthermore, in response to increased processing and production capabilities, you have learned through your hypothetical work with the company that the Executive Team has approved an expansion of the Packing and Shipping workforce to double the number of employees over the next nine months from nine to eighteen workers.

In a paper of at least 3 pages APA format, develop a proposed approach to address one of the key issues facing the Packing and Shipping department. In your paper, describe the intervention(s) you recommend based on the data you have collected. Explain both your rationale for the recommendation and your expectations for outcomes/results of the intervention(s). Identify the role you will play in leading and managing the change process, and identify other key roles for managers and leaders in the company. Cite at least three references.
