1. Conduct a preliminary assessment of New York State including:

  • Identify the characteristics of a potential customer (what characteristics would determine the make up of a customer?) i.e. income, closeness to water, age, gender, background, distance from Niagara Region(Ontario, Canada)
  • Identify in the geographic area of focus with justifying reasons (why did you choose that area)
  • Identify the major cities are inside that area which correspond to your characteristics list

2. Tells us who you identify as a potential customer and their characteristics, as well as your areas (city, region, demographic or other) that your group has identified as possible customers to focus on in New York State. This should include all of the above, with market research using proper sources. Comparisons to Niagara Region(Ontario, Canada) will be strongly appreciated.
