As part of a high-potential employee development program, both were recently selected to take up an expatriate assignment in Mexico. Jamila is a dependable person who is very goal-oriented and likes to follow the rules. She believes in showing your true emotions and always wants to be herself, regardless of what others are doing. Sébastien was more carefree; people generally did not describe him as a very organized or reliable person, but he could also be counted on to pay attention to his surroundings and make sure that he adapted his behaviour to fit in. Both Jamila and Sébastien understood that it was a privilege to have been selected for an expatriate assignment.

Compare and contrast how easy it will be for Jamila and Sébastien to adapt to the culture in Mexico based on how their personality traits will fit with the cultural value dimensions typical in Mexico.
