Assignment:

Identify a company that will be expanding its business outside the United States. The company can be an existing company that ONLY operates domestically within the USA, or it can be a fictional company that you create for this project.

This project will be to identify the required changes needed within the company's legal structure, and what business operations changes will be required to begin also operating outside the US.

One of the first steps is to review that country's information on the US Department of State website. Just as you had to identify your rationale for the domestic business, you will provide the same information for this international entity.
