Explain how the assessment plan connects to the larger context of the effectiveness of the school, grade level, program, department or institution, including how the assessment plan will contribute to accountability (such as accreditation), either directly or indirectly. IV. Conclusion: Write a summary of the key components of your assessment plan, underscoring the value and purpose of assessment.
