Put together a Memo to the CEO with recommendations for incentives that could be included as part of the contract with the Contractor. This could include positive incentives, negative incentives, or both. Focus on ABC Company's objectives and suggest ways that you could incentive the Contractor to meet those objectives. Some examples to consider:

- A bonus for the Contractor if the project finishes on time.

- An "Award Fee" based on meeting certain criteria.

- Liquidated Damages for each day the project goes past the deadline.

Identify at least 3 potential incentives and feel free to be creative on recommendations to consider. For example, maybe there are environmental or sustainability goals that you would want to include. For each recommendation, include a brief description on how the incentive would work and any pros or cons that the CEO should consider.
