1. Identify and describe a specific social problem. Include the following areas: why (why do you identify this as a social problem), when (when did this become a social problem), where (where, geographically, did this problem begin or where does it exist), and who (is this a widely accepted concern -- or one that is not widely publicized? Who is the "face" of this problem?)

Please use the CCSF library resource link to access "Articles and Databases o ." Any of the "Multi-Subject and Reference Databases" will work well for this.

These may be a source of information for you to locate relevant research -- but not as one of your 3 annotated bibliographies. Your textbook may be used as a reference for the first part of your draft -- but not as one of the annotated sources.

• Your articles/references should be academic and peer reviewed -- another reason to use these databases. Note that ONE of your sources may be a specific TED talk r' that relates to your topic area (which still needs to be annotated).

• Your annotations are required to be a minimum of 250 words each.
