You have been engaged by Theramed Limited in the role of Operations Management Consultant. This Case Study provides the background and detail information required for you to produce a report, detailing how a business improvement project progresses through the phases of the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control).

In your initial report you should cover the Define phases and address the following questions:
