Problem: The director of a manager of a care coordination program is considering a new bonus design for increased follow up to patients identified as moderate risk in a population health program. Currently, the mean number of patients being called and reached on a daily basis is 40. The director wants to conduct a research study to determine whether a new bonus program will increase the volume of patients that are called and reached. To collect data on the plan, a sample of nursing personnel in the care coordination program will be allowed to call under the new bonus plan for a one-month period. Answer the following: A.
