Human resources definitely play a huge part in the success of a business. This is both part of corporate strategy and organizational strategy because they are both one in the same. It would be difficult to have one without the other, as organizational culture sets the foundation for corporate strategy. For example, when there is a strategy within a company to actually come up with or implement their goals successfully, it needs to be aligned with the organization culture to get the best results.
