Select a personal problem from the list below:

• Health (for example, being overweight, smoking, eating too much junk food, not exercising)
• Employment (for example, disliking a coworker, being unable to earn a promotion, deciding whether to take a new job or change locations)
• Education (for example, deciding on a major, dealing with a child's homework issues, struggling to meet participation each week in class)

Apply the Five-Step Model to solve it. Be specific and do not skip any steps. Show me you understand the sub steps Chaffee details for each step in the process. For step 5, if you have not yet applied your solution, provide details about how you expect to analyze the outcome.
