Consider the paperclip

Find someone to work with you to complete the first part of this exercise. It could be someone from this class or a family member, friend or co-worker. Try to find someone who will be engaged in the exercise.

1. With a partner, generate a list of at least 20 things you could do with a paperclip.

2. On your own, sort and name your list of ideas into at least 4 categories.

3. Generate 2-3 new ideas in at least three of the categories. Mark these ideas as NEW.
