You've just been hired as the executive assistant to the vice-president of marketing and sales. Your new executive emails you two days before you were supposed to start. An important business trip has come up at the last minute and she must attend. She will not be in the office the first three days you start. She assures you that HR will be there to greet you on your first day and give you a tour. She will be in contact with you via email and Skype while she is away.
