Today's management may differ in various ways and aspects from its beginning, however, today's management certainly holds the foundations of the management model making the four functions of the management model relevant. Organizations in modern society can vary from basic to highly complex. Therefore, the four functions of management can be applied as a general outline from low to top-level management because no two organizations are alike. Whether or not the organization is commonly structured or highly complex, each one will perform some form of the four functions. How would you define the four functions of management.
