Let's put on our MBA management-consultant hats for a minute! If you were the professional charged with the responsibility of changing unethical behavior in a specific situation; how would you communicate with the unethical individual to ensure that they actually change their behavior? Would you provide them the information to read and then just tell them not to be unethical? Would you work on a new mission statement, would that suffice? Would you talk to them about the consequences of the behavior? What would be most effective in real life?

Also, have you personally ever worked for an organization where management was unethical and/or exemplified poor leadership? If so, how did their behavior specifically impact other employees? Are these two concepts (unethical behavior and poor leadership) interrelated or distinct from other?
