In order for organization-wide communications to be effective, the message must demonstrate clearly that it is in alignment with the mission and vision of the organization. Both Netflix and Apple are examples of organizations that have had to communicate with constituents over organizational changes in the past few years.

Discuss an organization (you may use Netflix or Apple) of your choice that has had to deliver a public message based on an organizational change. Discuss how this message was delivered and whether or not the method was effective.
