9. Imagine you are a research and design supervisor at Pineapple, a music-streaming company in Riverside, California. Your intern, Kristen, recently designed an app feature to show concert information for artists that listeners follow. They can even buy tickets through the app. This app feature was met with high praise, as listeners love the ability to easily buy concert tickets and connect with their favorite artists. However, the feature needs some tweaks, as it shows outdated concert information, and sometimes, when listeners click on links through the app, they lead to expired websites.
Based on the email and business writing (i.e., concise, avoid cliches, bullet-point form for concise points) and feedback tips covered in class, please compose an email to Kristen including a strong subject line, giving her feedback on what she did well and what she should improve on.
