Focus on two top problems that I see in my company at this point that lead to our failing our yearly inventory process. Management in the past year has failed to take accountability and communication when need serious. Lowe''s is a large corporation, and now and then management can fail to take accountability and communication into account and people and procedures fall the cracks. Focus on communication and accountability.
