Discussion: Chapter 3 of the textbook describes the analysis stage of ADDIE. In this step, a training needs analysis is required. Your assignment is to do a very simple training needs analysis of your current position. Choose some specific area to make it easier (for example in sales it may be identifying leads and creating a database. For customer service it might be responding to calls and dealing with difficult customers, etc) . Describe the results of your simple training needs analysis and then tell us what potential training options you might use to address the specific need identified. Describe a training course that could be used for your current job position. How will the training address the needs of the employees?
