In this context: • Discuss the strategy that your chosen organisation has in place, to acquire or update technological infrastructure • Highlight how your chosen organisation attempts to reduce technology infrastructure costs and yet achieves the desired benefits.

Critically discuss how the use of an appropriate information system (IS) can help a typical large organisation to attract new customers and increase its customer base. Name ONE (1) relevant IS and outline how it can prove beneficial to a typical business organisation (in terms of increasing customer base).
