Using SimProject, we're going to explore the fundamental tools and techniques of planning and managing a project from beginning to end. Good project managers understand how to use a Project Charter, Work Breakdown Structure, Network Diagram, Gantt Chart, and other tools in both planning and managing a project. They leverage information that becomes available as we monitor and control various aspects of the project though the execution phase. With SimProject we'll experience what managing a project can be like as decisions are made, feel the impact and consequences of those decisions, and receive feedback throughout a simulation.
The simulation has been designed to be practical, engaging, intense, and challenging!Links to an external site.
